When to Stop Consuming Content and Start Creating it for Your Small Business

If you’re a small business owner working towards getting more traffic to your website and building your online presence in order to generate more business, it’s important to create quality content that helps your clients, customers, and prospects.

With so many resources online, it’s easy to get caught up reading other business blogs, watching great videos, listening to podcasts and consuming content we find online. While it’s great to gain the knowledge others are sharing, we must also set aside some time to generate our own content. When people are searching online for information about your particular product or service, wouldn’t you like them to find you? Of course.

During this episode of Getting Down to Biz, my friend Karyn and I discuss the importance of creating content in order to help your small business grow. Check it out:

I would love to hear your thoughts. Do you catch yourself consuming content instead of creating it? What do you do to ensure you are consistently creating content to share with your community? I would love to hear your thoughts. Comment below. Or share your thought with me on Facebook.
